GDE Hack 2018

In support of the work taking place locally surrounding the Global Digital Exemplar (GDE) Programme, the Digital Liverpool Team held a Hackathon on 4 and 5 July 2018 at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool, which was hosted by MIT Hacking Medicine.

The event aimed to energise and bring together local clinical and technical experts to help solve some of healthcare’s biggest challenges by working together to share knowledge, wisdom and expertise.

Under the guidance of MIT Hacking Medicine, teams worked together over the two days to bring their ideas to life for presentation to an expert panel.

The top three were then selected for showcase during the afternoon keynote session at the iLINKS Innovations conference and exhibition where they were voted on by delegates.

Further information and photos will be made available shortly.
